Build a Kid to Cure / Golf a Kid to Cure 

It’s kind of fun to do the impossible—Walt Disney, Regional Mortgage and Sorrento Homes joined forces to accomplish what others would think was unattainable. In Red Deer, local radio personalities, golfers, trade professionals and volunteers joined forces to build a house in 30 days and organize a golf tournament. The Build a Kid to Cure and Golf a Kid to Cure initiatives are dedicated to raise money for childhood cancer research. Last year’s events raised $68,000 for the kids.

KCCFA applauds your commitment to Alberta families and children and we extend a sincere thank you for your past support. Best of luck with your endeavors in supporting the build of Ronald McDonald House in 2010. We hope to partner with you again in the near future.

Red Deer Kinsmen

The Kinsmen Club of Red Deer is involved in many projects including purchasing equipment for the Paediatric Ward of Red Deer Regional Hospital, providing sports equipment to needy kids and helping create and maintain some of the best parks and sports facillities in the city.
